Passport Club

Thank you for the support you give your kids teaching them about all the different places across our globe!
Second Chance Day is Thursday, June 6th. Did your child miss a few countries or cities during some of the check days this year? On June 6th we will be in the lobby for anyone who would like to come improve their scores.

We will have maps in the lobby that day, but you can also access each month’s maps at www.passportclubonline.com/maps.html. Password (case sensitive): HelloWorld

Sam Day 5K

Join us on Saturday, June 29th for the 2nd Annual Sam Day 5K!  The 5K run/walk will begin and end at Sunset High School in Cedar Mill, Oregon. As you leave the Sunset High School campus and weave through Sam’s neighborhood, Terra Linda, you’ll be cheered on and encouraged by dozens of spectators, sounds, music and messages along the way. Kids with cancer want to live well and the Sam Day 5K is creating that opportunity and setting the example!

After the race you will enjoy a post run party with music, awards and of course, some treats! The 5K route is on pavement and weaves through closed neighborhood streets and pathways.

The Kids 1K Fun Run will be held entirely on the High School campus.

Volunteer Opportunities

Field Day Needs you!  Your kids need Field Day!  Plan to come to the school on Friday, June 7th from 9:00 – 11:00 to help the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders have a blast at this annual event.

Come on, do it – we only need 19 more volunteers!  Just click on the link below to sign up.  Please help us make it happen!

Field Day – Friday June 7th 
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Come out and help the students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades have a blast at Field Day by helping run stations for Gym Games, Team Games, Water Games, and Field Games. 30 volunteers are needed. Please click on the link to sign up.

2019 – 2020 Committee Chairs 
To date, we know we need one new Committee Chair for next year:

  • Field Day – you would have an opportunity to shadow this year’s chair at the event on Friday, June 7th
